excellent purchase

Brought this printer because of the support I received on my fax/printer. Had another brand and was having trouble with scanning, when I called they said I could pay for support.
Just yesterday I changed internet providers and needed help with my Brother and on came a pleasant voice, switched me to a Apple person at Brother and they addressed the problem and fixed it. Maybe the initial price is a little higher but the voice on the end of the line helping you fix the problem is well worth it. I won't buy another brand because of that level of customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great all-in-one

I'm very happy with it. It's one of a very few all-in-one printers that will do 11 X 17 sheets, and the only affordable, decent size one I've found. Haven't had a single problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the printer is great but can't figure why at least once per week I have to fix my wireless connection as it goes "offline" for no discernable reason.

Best Printer Ever!

I was hesitant buying a Brother printer and found this one on a whim. I loved the price and when I read other reviews it seemed amazing of a buy. Set up was a little tricky (I have never owned a wireless printer) but once it was set up no problems. This is truly the best printer I have ever owned. I've owned HP previously, but this printer is even better! It's quick when printing or copying. It is a college student's best friend for sure!

Another Superb Brother Product

I currently have three Brother products in my home office. The MFC-J4620DW (color inkjet mfc), MFC-L2740DW (laser mfc), and HL-L2360DW (laser printer).
The MFC-J4620DW is a sturdy unit, capable of printing up to 11x17 format paper and cardstock (I have printed via the rear straight-through feeder up to 67# stock).
WiFi hookup is easy using WPS. Any WiFi hassles are handled quickly with the Brother Network Repair Tool.
As usual, the software integrates very well and gives you fine control over the printing processes.
My next task is to replace all my "Neat" brand scanners (desktop and portable) with Brother units.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The absolute best

We got this printer to replace our other. I could not ask for better and it is fantastic when it comes to ink as well. A superior product and the cost was a bargain as well.
