I am now on me second MFC unit, replaced to update the technology. Both of the unit perform flawlessly to this day. Several of the businesses I deal with, I have Brother unit being used in their establishments. I will defiantly look to replace t this unit with another if if ever fails, which seems unlikely.

Keep losing print function

I have had many problems with the printer losing wireless connection. Even with USB cable I still lose print function. Goes offline many times and am unable to print. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My last printer could not be upgraded to work with Win 10, so I began a search for a new one that could. I had a brother fax machine years ago and it was an excellent piece of office equipment, so I definitely looked into a Brother printer. After exhaustive research, I decided on the MFC-J4620DW since it had all the features I was looking for (and then some). I also appreciate the 2-year warranty and lifetime support. It works very well and I'm still learning to use all its features.

Have used Brothers printers for a few years. A friend of mine bought this model and I was so impressed by all the features that when my old printer started having problem. decided to buy this model
