Excellent large format printer!

Printer is use for business and personal printing is very reliable and setup was easy. The scanner feature with auto document feed is excellent! Quality is excellent! Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Disappointing performance

At least twice in the last several months I have had to call upon technical service because my printer would not print data received from my computer. Also, I haven't yet found the keyboard for inputting fax numbers! The paper dispenser tray causes malfunction while printing. It cannot be used!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good basic printer

This printer is great for printing multiple-sized papers and envelopes. Color printing is good too. The paper feed directions could be clearer, and I wish I had known it cannot print card stock (greeting cards), only plain paper and some glossy papers.

Great value!

Purchased this printer to replace an HP All in One and I do not regret the purchase. The printer is compact, seems to use ink efficiently, has good print quality, is quiet, and has many features (two-sided printing, auto document feeder) that one doesn't expect in a printer this size. The paper does jam occasionally but usually because of humidity, not a real problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Functional and capable

Quality and speed are average. Features are easy to use and it hasn't let us down. A little noisy at times, making sounds that don't sound right for a properly operating printer, but no adverse effects noted in the output. We've had it for couple months, so we have no complaints about it at this point.

Printer is working ok for a small business. We continue to have problems when trying to print multiple pages. The screen will say "receiving" and ultimately locks up. The only way we have discovered to get the print job accomplished is by turning off the power supply at the wall. Then restart the printer. Appears to be a memory problem.

Complicated technology

The technology is getting so complicated that you have difficulty plaining how to use all of these features. It is a good machine but a little hard to understand for us seniors.
