prints FAST - very clear - only negative is sometimes it pulls 2 or 3 pieces of paper when printing

I have always had brother printers and finally decided to put it all together in one machine. The scanner provides great quality scans and I love the wireless feature! I used to have 3 machines and now I have one and love it! The only negative is that it does not have an alert for low toner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this unit because of its compact size and features. I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't needed to use the faxing feature yet. It does everything else very well. It seems to be very frugal with ink too. I bought it about 5 months ago and use it almost every day for a home based business. So far, I have only had to replace the black ink cartridge. I thought that the "starter" cartridges would all need replacement after 1 or 2 months. I like this printer even more than the Brother Mod. # MFC-4410JDW which it is replacing.

I purchased the Brother J462ODW All in One and it has been a pleasure. It was easy to set up; it is easy and reliable to use. I chose it over other brands because it has a large touch screen, and I find I can manuver well on it. In a world where technology can be a pain the neck, this product is effortless. I highly

I like the compact size that allows it to fit in smaller spaces than most printers but still has a lot of features. Print quality is acceptable and speed of print is good.

Machine is company recommended.Nice features-print black and colored are easy with excellent quality.
Prints only in my iPad and very difficult with my lap top and I-phone.
Copying is easy and decent quality.same with faxing.
Not noisy when you are faxing.
Good quality for the price.
