Needed a printer in a hurry. This one was so cheap at Best Buy so we bought it. It works perfectly. No problems yet. It's used in a busy office so it has had plenty of use.

I purchased my Brother printer because I always heard great things about the dependability of them. I use this printer to print massive coupon amounts. I love it!

Works great, no problems, prints fast and easy. Does exactly what it's supposed to (easy, fast, large quantity, inexpensive printing).

Using with smartphone and Direct Print.

Purchased an HP first. Unable to use Direct Print feature, and HP customer support unable to help, ended up telling me it did not have that feature which it did. Returned HP and purchased the Brother. Better documentation and online help allowed me to use both the print and scan from my phone with no WiFi or computer available.

So glad I switched back to laser printer

After spending so much on ink for my HP ink jet, I decided to go back to using a laser. This printer is always ready to print. I have never had to reboot from my pc. Since I do not print photos at home, the black and white print suits my needs. I love it.
