Lousy Performance

I purchased this printer based on advertisement however each time I want to print a page i have to re start the printer since he does not hold the wire less connection
I tried to re set the software at least 3 times and it does not correct the problem
Very disappointing and I would not recommend this product ever.

Improved Efficiency w/HL-L2360DW

I finally added a laser printer to my office printing armamentarium. Had previously relied solely on HP Photosmart 5520.
It occurred to me that I was doing a lot of printing of publications using color on the HP when I didn't need the color: black and white would have been adequate. I was spending way too much on color ink.
In retrospect, it also occurred to me that it took a long time to print on the HP whether in color or B/W. I only realized this after using the Brothers laser printer.
Initial connection with a MacBook required downloading additional software. Easy enough to do but took a while to figure out. I may even have had to call technical support at Brothers.
I still use the HP for color printing, copying, and scanning documents.
I think I am, however, using my resources (time and money) more wisely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When ordering I read the ad wrong I thought versatile meet I could use color or back and color
Then my husband went to hoaspital and through all the confusion didn't get around set it Up.I was having trouble setting it up,then just haven't had time to try again.

Can not connect wireless, only works with a cable.
Tried all your suggestions and they don't work

The Brother printer I purchased with my HP laptop was a disaster! I never could get it to connect. After 2 days, I returned it with the computer to have the store technicians connect the two. They could not get it to work either. They offered to try the same model in the store. However, I decided not to and went with a HP printer with similar features. It connected on the first try. Sorry Brother! Your product was a zero in my experience!

I love my new printer it was easy to install for all my comp to use and work with. it works well with all my comp programs that I have and it does things I didn't even know I would be able to do. I really like how easy it is to use the scanner part of the printer. I know can print my Pc stitch out and then go have the charts made into big ones at the office supply place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very functional machine

This machine is extremely functional with smartphones and tablets as a standalone printing / scanning center without the need for a computer. The Google Drive, DropBox, One Note, and other accounts make scanning and printing cloud based documents a complete breeze. I have one of these printers at my house and at my grandmother's house as well. There were some MAJOR connectivity issues though with printing from a phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
