Easy to set up and use. Easy to use copy feature. Very fast. Only thing I do miss somewhat is the color feature.

The best thing is it actually works wirelessly! Just as advertised. This is important since we both work in the home and carry our laptops around from office to kitchen to patio. I like the Brother brand because the products are workhorses and are improved in later years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable, easy to use

I have had this printer for about four months now. It sits idle most of the time, but when I need it, it just fires right up and prints pages well. It is easy to connect both Windows and Mac PCs to it (I have both), the scanner feature is pretty easy to use as well (I have created several multi-page PDF files from scans of paper documents, for example), and the copy feature is easy to use as well. Nice machine, would definitely buy again.

Was fairly easy to set up but I did have to call Brothers for help setting up the WiFi.

I can't believe I waited so long to replace my thirsty ink cartridge machine. It's so easy and no more making black ink out of 3 colors. My old machine was constantly making me wait for one thing or another to print. This printer is much more user friendly
