Great Printer

The printer was purchased to replace another MFC printer. This one is much faster and makes great copies. My only real issue is that it will occasionally go offline. There are many complaints about this listed online. It's a pain sometimes to reset, when the drivers need to be reloaded. I haven't figured out why it does this - all other wifi products in my house continue to stay connected.

Lasts a long time

I have had a lot of different laser printers and after printing several pages the ink would dry up. A few weeks may go by and when you need to print, no ink. It is a costly item to buy just to print a few pictures or letters. It's cheaper to buy an entire new printer than replace the ink, but it is a pain to swap it out. The last time around I bought an entire different type of printer and I love it. I don't print often but when I do I turn it on and it starts working with little warm up time. The letters look very good and I have no worries about whether or not I have ink, because there isn't any. The only regret I have is, I didn't buy the color version. Maybe next time. If there is one, because this appears as though it will last a long time.

Dependable, high quality print, easy to use

Tired of ink jet printers that constantly used new cartridges, I decided to purchase a laser printer for better print quality without the hassle and cost of ink jet cartridges. I have been extremely pleased with the Brother HL-2380DW. This printer is a real workhorse at a very reasonable price, a low cost to operate, and a quality that rivals much more expensive printers. I wish I had made the switch a long time ago.

Can now print off my iPhone and Ipad with ease. Scanner works great too. Easy set up. Ink cartridge lasts forever.
