Perfect - No more ink cartrages

I am so glad I switch away from the color ink printers. This is just what I wanted. Always on, very fast, great clear prints.

Just what I needed at home!

One week before purchasing this printer, I purchased the same model with the automatic feeder for my office and loved it so much that I purchased this model for home use as I didn't need the automatic feeder at home. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My new Brother printer works very well. I haven't had any problems with it and now I don't have to worry about the ink cartridge drying up all the time! I am going to save money because I won't have to buy new ink cartridges to replace the ones that have dried up. Thanks!

Good machine at a good price

This is the fourth printer in this series we have bought. We have two users and two locations. The reason we have continued to buy these machines is the continued good performance at good prices. It ain't broke so we didn't fix it!

Trustworthy

I bought this particular printer because I needed a 2nd printer and my first printer was an older model just like it and it's is still working like new and has never let me down. Only one complaint: SOMETIMES when it comes out of sleep mode it pulls so my electricity, it trips my Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), lights dim, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem with toner

I like this printer and bought it after having great success using a small brother desktop and an all in one from brother. The biggest problem I have is regarding the toner. I have 2 of these desktop models (so I only have to have one kind of extra toner and drum available) but you can not simply swap the toner from one machine to another, it somehow knows it is not a "new" toner and will not resume printing until you swap it out! And there was absolutely no print degradation that would warn you, the machine told me it was getting low when the computer icon showed it half full still. And then stopped until a new toner was installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
