This printer was so easy to set up and connect to all my devices. The print quality is great. The instructions for connections were simple and easy to understand.

I got tired of paying for ink. I have a Chromebook, an I-pad and a laptop. all work perfect and I didn't even have to install a driver in my laptop, just print from my Google drive. I print docs at home from work. Love that flexibility and no ink!

Wifi works great on my iMac and iPhone. Prints fast but print quality not the best but good enough for what I use it for

I use three printers and have never had a printer that is so difficult to connect to a computer via wifi connection. I was on the telephone with technical support for three hours and was never able to make a connection with a computer using Windows 10. It was very simple with my other two printers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

for the price of the laser jet printer and the speed in which it prints reports, invoices and everyday paperwork that we produce, I could not have found a better printer for the all around use we require of the printers in our office. The price of the refill cartridges, Out way the cost per copy for the color in jet printers cartridges and the frequencies of purchases that are required for the ink jet printers are not really cost effected for our uses.

Purchased the copy/scanner to replace printing costs from a color copy/scanner inkjet copier. It has certainly reduced the cost of copying and expect it will pay for itself within the year. It is a mono-color (black) printer. I would recommend it. One neat feature was the automatic two sided copying. Push the button and print, you don't have to re-feed the page to print the back side. This also saves time and paper which means saving money.

Quirky manual feed apparatus & random ink dots

The manual feed apparatus does not hold its width after I set it. Further, I have to get the paper sheet perfectly aligned to avoid the paper from being drawn into the printer skewed. Since the paper width guides don't hold their settings, it is difficult to properly align the paper, because the printer pulls the paper to the right.
I also get random black ink dots along why left edge of printed pages. The dots are about 3 mm in diameter, and gradually fade with repeated printing.
