I think this printer is absolutely awesome!!! It was relatively easy to get set up on my wireless system. My wife loves the fact that she can print from her smartphone. I am sure this printer will last for years!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lost connectivity

It seems to loose its wireless abilities if not be used for a period of time.
The only way to regain it is to move printer closer to router and reload drivers.

I just LOVE this printer. Connecting to my home network is fantastic. Very easy to set up and on the rare occasion when I've had to contact Support, they have been AMAZING!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have a small home office, have used many of the less expensive printers over the years. Only used this one a few months but loving it more than any I've ever used.

Good when it works. Wi-fi is quirky.

I love the printer when it's working but 2x now I've needed customer support to help me get wi-fi to work. Even then it's quirky. Sometimes, not always, the printer takes a long time to kick in and start printing. Then it's fast. PHONE SUPPORT from Brother, though, has been AWESOME!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
