Easy to set up

I have a 2270DW and my wife wanted an inexpensive printer for her work, b/w was fine. So we bought the 2360DW, which is essentially the same printer, and we are very happy with both of them. Way cheaper to run than an inkjet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Brother copier,printer and scanner is superior and once installed it operates with little operator interference required..it is smart and seems to know what is needed next. No long strings of command to make things happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have used for several months. Never a problem. Just connected to a new computer, wirelessly, without a hitch.
Only a printer, wish I had gotten a copier also.

Good printer but not good with off brand ink

The printer is a good printer, but only complaint is that the printing quality is terrible with an off brand ink (other than Brother), which makes it more expense to buy ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've purchased Brother printers for the past ten years and have always been satisfied but this one is by far my favorite. From size to great wifi connectivity to the print features - all superb.
