Won't print

Hey yeah this printer doesn't work, I tried printing one page after downloading the driver and everything and it burned through al of my paper with weird symbols and not printing a single thing I asked it to do. Now out of ink without getting one thing accomplished. Would not recommend.

Easy to hook up and start using immediately. The copier and scanner have been a wonderful extra to have. The minute you send something to the printer it works very fast. We are very glad we made this purchase. I would definitely recommend this black and white laser printer to anyone for home or office use.

I was reluctant to buy the Brother because years ago it was considered inferior. The price was right and I took a chance. It turned out very well for my practice. I will buy more in the future.

Nice all-in-one

I generally like this all-in-one machine. I removed one star because when it prints the machine makes a high pitched whine sound which is bothersome. There are still features of this machine that I have yet to explore. Printing, scanning and copying are all very clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Outstanding Product, but not very user friendly

This printer is just amazing. What it is missing is a more user friendly method of interaction. Like how to set up wireless printing. Like a more detailed and easier to read status screen. Like I should be able to look at the screen on the printer and see how much ink and paper there is. And it is just difficult to work with when there are problems they are much harder to fix than they should be. This product needs to work on being more friendly to people who are not computer geniuses.

A very good printer

I am very pleased with the performance of this printer. The noise level is acceptable, though there are quieter printers out there. The double-sided printing feature is great and the print quality is very good. The only downside, which others have noted, is that it has trouble printing pictures with large grey areas. These areas appear with some stripes. However, if you also have a color ink-jet printer, then this is not much of a drawback.

The machine works pretty well. My only issue is that the printing is fairly light. No way to make the typeface darker
