Not perfect, but very good.

The printer is very easy to set up, provided one has a laptop or desktop to configure it. The Mac configuration was nearly instant; I was using it within 5 minutes of first power-on. The duplexing works well, if a bit slowly. Print quality is very clear, even in small point sizes. The network transceiver isn't as good as I would hope - and is why 4, not 5.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Prints fast on Ecology setting. Print is a little light but readable. Uses very little ink on Ecology setting,

Performs copy, scan and print functions as well as its big brothers for my home use. The duplex functions are especially easy to use and helpful for saving the amount of paper I have to store.

Although I haven't had much of a chance to use it (out of the area), I like it much better than the other one I have, which goes into sleep mode all the time.

I have used the Brother HL-L2380DW for a coupe months. I must say Im Impressed.
When it comes to printers, im a low use kind of guy. I need easy, fast, reliable no hassel access to black and white printing and this printer gives me that.
Multiuse, photo quality printers are nice and handy but they have one major draw back there not that great at basic black and white printing. With the Brother HL-L2380DW fast, clear printing every time without expensive color cartridges and plugged printing heads.
When it comes to printers, im a low use kind of guy. I need easy, fast, reliable no hassel access to black and white printing and this printer gives me that.

Bought this for the second story but use it wirelessly for the downstairs computer too. Works fast and efficiently. Very happy with this purchase. Was not expensive and have not had to replace the toner yet.
