I wanted a printer I could use in ministry, business and personal at act a low print cost. This printer came highly recommended by the sales person!!!

Performing Well

I've found product works quite well for both copying and printing, which are the 2 capabilities I use most. Also like the upgrade from the ink printer I had used previously. Easier to use and less work to maintain print readiness.

The only thing I didn't like, and that's important, is that it seems like it only works on
the USB port it was installed on; and a USB hub wouldn't work. Most work no matter how much you switch them around, and instantly. That's inconvenient.

Printer Needs to Wake Up

I like my Brother HL-L2360 DW monochrome printer. The wireless and cloud features are particularly useful.
However, I do have a complaint that none of the suggested fixes have solved. When I remote print away from my home office, the printer doesn’t immediately print my items.
The printer goes into Deep Sleep when I am away. Remote printing from the cloud does not wake it up. Instead, to receive the printed documents when I get home, I have to turn on my desktop computer.
For some reason, after the desktop computer is on for several minutes, the Brother HL -L2360DW printer will seemingly turn on and print the documents I sent, while away from home, hours earlier via the cloud.
I would much prefer that the printer would perform as advertised and immediately print the documents I send it while I am away from home.
The print quality and other features perform well for a printer in its price point. I have no other complaints. However, I would prefer not to have to resort to the previously described "work-around " when I remote print from the cloud.
