This Brother unit is the epitome of what home laser printing, scanning and copying should be like. Speedy and crisp printing. Create you own PDFs and scan in your color photos and documents in a flash.

This little, simple printer has performed without a glitch. It was easy to set up - as in, I did not have to go to customer support and spend hors of frustration to get it up and running. It just sits there patiently awaiting my commands - which sometimes means it does not get used for weeks at a time. When I need it- it works!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great choice for home use

I've been using this printer for a couple of months and am very pleased. It's fast to print the first page and very fast for multiple pages. Duplex printing works well and has been a welcome upgrade from my previous printer.
One feature I like most and was a specific buying need is its expanded networking capability. I have this printer *wired* into my local network and it works great with all my devices -- wired/wireless PC, Chromebook, phone, and cloud support. I haven't tried the pure wireless functionality since I don't need it, so I can't speak to that or the troubles some have apparently experienced.
I've found the overall print quality to be good. Text is more than adequate for anything I'd need to generate for personal business. Graphics are good, but might not be adequate for professional or business documents.
For home use with a variety of devices, the L2360DW is a good choice that gives you a wide range of features at a reasonable price. Although I haven't been using it for a long time, I'd buy it again given the same choices.

Does everything a wireless printer should

It took a little help from Brother to set up my printer as a wireless printer. But they were very quick to respond and helpful and now it works as intended. Am very happy with product.

Love my Brother

I have had my Brother printer for several months and really like it. Excellent wi-fi connection for wireless printing. Very quiet printing and does not use a lot of ink.

Works in an office setting

The printer was purchased for a Senior Center Computer Room. It has done very well servicing the people who do not know how to use a computer and printer. The room is used for computer classes and is on a public net with 9 computers.

Meets most of my requirements

Very quick and provides quality output. Only problem I have is that it does not provide scanner ability. Otherwise performs great
