So far I'm very pleased. Paper handling is smooth and printing is fast. Wireless connection appears to be solid

Terrible App & the Worst Install I Have Ever Seen

I have spent 3 hours trying to get this lousy printer to accept WiFi printing and finally had to google instructions. Manuals that came with it are USELESS. Worthless app, you have to open their app then search your phone for the file you want to print. You can't just hit the print button. Run hard and fast from this turkey of a printer

Glad I Purchased This Printer Instead of an HP

I have HP mostly. Well the stopped making the HP black printer I really liked so I purchased 2 HP color/black & white printers. Since I only print in black I had to always adjust the printing instructions and both of them did not last more than 2 years. So I decided to go with a different brand that only prints in black: the Brother - HL-L2380DW. I am very happy I did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Manual feed issues

I purchased this printer mainly to print checks using the manual feed feature. No mater how I feed the paper the printing was always squed. Called support and they sent me a warranty replacement printer. The replacement works no better than the replacement printer when using the manual feed. There is no problem when printing using the paper tray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice printer

Was easy to set up, My MAC recognized it immediately and brought down the Drivers needed to Print and Scan. Has worked flawlessly so far, Price / Value was very good compared to what else I saw.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Happy With This Product

This was recommended as a great wireless printer. It did work fine for a few months and then I could not connect to it wireless. Several hours on phone with support and the only way it works is wired. I have the extended warranty. Going to call and try return it or get another.

Reliable and fast

It's more economical than inkjet printer. Hasn't jammed paper even once since purchasing three months ago. I use it daily printing an average of 20 sheets per day.
