Started out great with first 660 cartridge. Replace time came and machine would not recognize it. Called Brother and was helped with detailed instructions. Cartridge notice came up way too soon for another 660 to go out. I have turned off the Brother online helper and print a little at a time. Otherwise, I find the machine remarkable for what it prints and the quality is great! Just hope the cartridge message gets better. It will not operate once it comes up.

Been using this printer for several months now. Easy to set up and use. No problems so far. I like the fact that the paper doesn't get curled up, comes out flat. Fast and efficient.
