Have only had it for a few months but have to say we love it. Set-up was a piece of cake and that is saying a lot for two old people doing the work. Even got the wireless without a problem!

Great printer. Easy to unpack and set up. the duplex feature is a bonus. The wireless connection has never failed. The printer is already to go.

I really like this printer. I occasionally have to print out fairly large amounts of documents and this printer really does the job well. It is much faster than my "all-in-one" printer and I expect I will have much lower ink bills.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had trouble initially with using it wirelessly but once we contacted your support folks and got it hard wired, all has been OK. We do need to check with your support folks again to see if we can darken the print. Probably can't point that finger to Brother as it could be the application we are printing from. Overall a great product.

Brother Laser Printer

I absolutely love this printer! I can print from my iphone6 and laptops! The tech support is great! I called when I changed out my modem. It's a bit complicated, but they knew exactly which wireless router I bought!

Good Quality Printing, Poor software

I like the printer and the quality and speed of the printing, but the printer does not wake up from sleep when I send something to print. Therefore, I have to power down the printer and restart it, then print the document.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great wireless printer with great features. Economical to use. Took a star away because the menu functions and toggle options should be easier to use.
