Excellent Printer

I received my Brother HL-L2380 laser printer as a gift from a family member and could not be more pleased with it. I am not the best at technology, so I had to contact Brother for some assistance when setting the printer up. The help I received was great. Thanks Brother for helping me to set up an excellent printing experience. Simple to operate and do not have to purchase print cartridges continuously.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good price performance!

Have owned several Brother printers and needed an a replacement. It is a good price performance for a network enabled black and white printer. It has lived up to my expectations.

Customer service is horrible!

We spent months trying to get our under warranty printer replaced when the touch screen quit. It was a hassle. The replacement printer didn't even work! Will never buy another Brother product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brother is the best Brand, I am so happy, Never get into a problem, Lovely Printer, I have never ever an excellent Printer like Brother, I tried All, nothing lik BROTHER

Nice printer but initial wireless setup difficult

The printer works very nice and prints great. I leave it on standby and it wakes up and prints without any problems. The large cartridges are nice are very economical. However, the instructions are poorly written and trying to setup the wireless configuration is very difficult compared to setting up my Canon printer which was very easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little wireless printer!

Needed to replace a older printer, and was doing online reserch. This Brothers laser printer checked all of my boxes! Wireless connected well with all of my devices ( windows, android, and Mac )

Great Printer

Great as a basic printer and it's fast. The only thing I didn't like is the amount of time it took to connect it! It was difficult and I had a very nice man from Brother on the phone I know longer than an hour. He was so patient!

Overall great home office printer

I don't need all the "bells and whistles". I don't need color copies. Just a reliable black and white printer with scanning and copying capabilities. This device is just that. Relatively small and quiet the printer has performed well. I do not print often however so I do not how this would hold up if ibe prints a lot on a daily basis.
I would recommend this to a friend!
