Wish the instruction manual was a little more detailed and easier to understand. I was looking how to do some tasks and it took a long time for me to find out how to do it. Other than that -- I really like the machine. I need to increase the font size and still looking how to do that.

Dealing with issues

I like the printer quality but many mornings when I come in, the printer is offline. I torubleshoot and am told the printer is off, it is not off as I never turn it off. After it instructs me to turn it on (I don't do anything as it is on) it then prints.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A great home / home office printer

We've been using this printer for several months and love it. It's fast and not expensive to maintain. You have to give up color printing, but that's not needed for most of our needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Long-lasting Toner cartridge

Long lasting toner cartridge- that's why we bought it; most of our printing is just black and white. I gave it only 3 stars because it won't print wirelessly from our devices MOST of the time, and then we can only hardwire (right term?) to laptop to get printing done. We've spent several hours, several times with techs; problem is resolved, then comes back the next day. Frustrating!
