Good price fast shipping good product this is a wireless printer will only print from computer or other wireless device prints black only but this is exactly what I wanted easy setup works great

Had issues with the tonor initially and that may have been the reason I didn't get many pages printed. I'm keeping track this time. I only use brother products

Easy to use, has all the features I could ever want. Being non-tech, I always worry about whether or not I'll be able to get a product properly installed, but it was pretty easy.

Good basic printer for 2nd home, hard to network

We purchased this toner based printer due to off and on usage at a second home. Our HP Laser jet kept drying up so this was a good choice. However, it was a nightmare to set up on the wireless network. Incomplete instructions on line and a very long phone call finally took care of it. The set up menu is not intuitive and cumbersome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reluctant HP lover, I jumped the fence for my first Brother Printer. Pleasantly surprised and pleased with its performance. Only objection which I suppose Consumer Reports would call a "minor objection" is the prospect of spending more for the replacement drum than the rebuilt printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
