Compact and affordable. Easy setup; cost effective laser toner; does everything I want it to do. Only complaint is the occasional sleep mode when using wifi - have to reinstall the driver before my laptop can detect the printer; resort to USB cable under duress. Deducted one star for that. But overall, thrilled with my purchase. Great value for the $. Would definitely buy again.

Best printer I have ever owned. Very simple to set up, very simple to use. So much faster than a regular printer. No more expensive ink to replace continually. Peace of mind just knowing when you hit the print button, it prints every time with no comments.

Printer paper handling is as close to perfect as one may wish for: one jam in over 8000 copies so far, and that was with re-used paper (already printed one side, added print on other side.) 250-sheet tray is good size for home and small business use. I also have their entry level laser printer with what looks like about the same tray, and it still works fine after 13,000 pages.
Fast copy speed for first and serial copies, and for scanning.
Easy to network. Works fine on home network.
Copy quality is very good; of course it is only monochrome.
It is a medium-sized printer, and chunky in form factor. For a laser printer and its features, it offers value for the space it uses.
Starter cartridge yielded about 7000 pages.
Touch screen offers quick local access to features and printer status.
It is supposed to be energy-conserving, but I have no way to evaluate that, except to note it automatically goes into standby mode after a short time of inactivity.

Difficult to operate

It keeps leaving print mode before I can print copies
Have to shut off machine and restart to get "ready" to reappesr
Not user friendly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
