It prints when I need it.

Have not had ANY complaints or failures to print with the Brother. Prior ink-jets of other brands would fail to print most times I needed them. Toner low, usually. I just need a simple B&W copy or print and with others ANY color short would halt the process. Or require head cleaning that would run a color out.
So far the Brother prints, copies or scans EVERY time. I am very happy with it.

I had the 2360 DW for years. When it came time to replace it, I stepped up to the 2380 with the copier/scanner. It's the same reliable engine, so my existing suplies carry over. The quick copier/scanner is more convenient that my other brand ink jet all-in-one. I'm also happy that the 2380 doesn't waste resources with a fax feature.

Just the printer I was looking for. Very quick and efficient. I also Love that I can print wireless or via Bluetooth from my laptop or my cell phone. But one more important feature that it's a (toner cartridge) and it saves a lot of money than buying ink cartridge that just run out after a few uses from my personal experiences and buying many ink printers and ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't have problems interfacing with printer. I don't print much, but this trouper of a printer is just waiting. It will spit out printed material in seconds.
