Low avaialbility

This machine had high expectation when I bought it but its availability s low. It goes to sleep (deep seep) and does not wake up. A hard restart is needed.
Technical support was great, they even sent me a refurbished one, but it worked even worse. I had another model of brother printer before and it worked according to expectations, but not this one.... Something in the design of it is not working.

I have had the printer for 3 months, I am not able to get it to work either as a direct connection with a printer cable or wireless.

Poor wireless connection

I have had so many problems with printing my stuff from my phone or iPad. It constantly tells me no air printers found and I work to fix it to no avail. One day it work and the next it doesn't. Very frustrating.

I bought this printer because I read the reviews on it. It work fine for me the first 3 months I had it then it started acting up. After numerous calls to Brother Tech Support, each time they were able to get the printer operating again but I am stuck with a printer that goes to sleep on the network and the only way to wake it up is to delete it from the network and rerun the set up wizard. Definitely not what I signed up for. Probably won't buy another Brother product.

So Far, So Great

I purchased this printer as a replacement for a trusty, long-lived HL-5040. (It was becoming more and more difficult to get OEM toner and drums, and it finally stopped working after 14+ years.) So far, the 2360 has been a great machine. Basically the same footprint as my old printer, but lighter and lower. This was important because I have a custom spot for my printers in my office. The output is quick, sharp, and fairly quiet too. It was easy to install, whether wireless or hard-wired. Bonus features like wireless and double sided printing moved me into the 21st century. I can only hope it turns out be be as rugged as the 5040 was, though building solid, reliable machines that last 14 years may not be a great business model for Brother.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WIFI Feature wont work + annoying sounds

I need to re-connect the machine to the wifi EVERY SINGLE TIME I wanna use it. And a lot of times it takes me 10 minutes and several attempts to connnect properly and make the machine work. Plus, the sound is really loud and annoying when it's working.

Great quality for the price

I bought this laser printer to speed up my small business needs, and it does not disappoint! The quality of the laser printer is what I needed, and the monochrome is sufficient for printing labels:)
