Very Cool!

With a brain injury, it took me a little time to get it connected to my computer. But now that I do (thanks Brother, for the directions). Now that it has been connected, however, it's great! I just printed an envelope. Not a big deal, but I've never been able to do it before, and I mean *before* the brain injury!. Anyway, great product, thanks, Brother!

When it works...

Most of the time the printer works great -- default is to print on both sides saving paper. Unfortunately it periodically will not print at all even though everything shows it is working and connected. It comes up as being 'in use' and does not function.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Screen does not go off completely well in sleep

It's a great printer, the problem I am having is it does not go into sleep mode completely the screen keeps coming on and blinking and then goes off and comes back on again How can I fix this problem it just started doing it. It did not do it when I first got it

I have been using this printer for a month or two in a business application. I am mainly printing reports and checks. I have not experienced any problems so far.

Very dependable printer and scanner

I haven't had any problems with the printer or scanner. However, I certainly wish there were a document feeder for the scanner. While the resolution of the scans are fantastic, it does result in a much larger file which can be problematic at times when you are trying to send something via email.
I would recommend this to a friend!
