Disappointed With my New HL-L2380DW

I was employed as an electronic technician from 1959 to 1970, and as a systems engineer till 2002 when I retired from GE. I have much experience with computers and printers. I previously had a HL-2380DW that I was satisfied with for years. After buying a replacement HL-L2380DW, I found it difficult to set up. I've found it hard to put this new printer into full usage. If it's a matter of setup, please tell me where to find out how to set it up.
One of my biggest gripes is that it apparently doesn't print double-sided without printing the flip side upside down. I've had personal computers at home since 1975 till the present. I've found it hard to put this new printer into full usage. If it's a matter of setup, please tell me where to find out how to set it up. I was printing ok for a week, disappointed that it was not a copier. It took me awhile before I saw how to open the top and use the copier - it's obvious now that I know.
I haven't yet had the time to set up the WIFI. Consequently, my wife, who uses a laptop computer upstairs - in order to print - has to email documents to me and then I print them out from my Dell desktop PC, downstairs with the printer attached by wire. The main fault may well be in the documentation.

Very easy setup

It found my wifi very quickly and connected without a problem. This printer is not used often but is always ready to go. Print quality is always excellent.

Loses WiFi connection to my laptops all the time.

Loses connection all the time , then when I reestablish the network my puters still say printer is off line...

Good but not great

Had to contact tech support three times. Finally went to local library to print. Tech support was excellent and explained the problem. After I returned from the library. Fit to be tied that day, for sure.

Good 3 in 1 Laser Printer

So far I like it a lot, it's my third Brother Laser Printer the others where single function Printers.
The only thing I'm not crazy about is where it stores the SCAN files, been hard to find them.
