Printer jams about 3x before printing. I gotta pull paper tray, pull toner cartridge out to pull jammed paper. I'm using 20# paper. Although there is paper, indicator says need paper??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My office is all Brother. Brother was recommended by a repair shop. This product was easy to set-up and prints fast.

Good print quality

The printer has consistent print quality and the cartridge lasts a long time. The wireless WiFi is not consistent and requires a refresh to reestablish connectivity. Overall a very good buy!

Good quality. I find the wireless connectivity to be somewhat problematic in that prior to each power-up, I have to reinstall the connection. Otherwise, all is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

On the whole the Brother is fine but there are two features that I do not like: 1. addressing an envelope is difficult; 2. instructions for replacing toner are not clear.

Product is okay except that I am having a lot of technical issues like scanning , printing, copying and wireless connectivity.
