Great printer

I'm so glad I chose this printer. The wireless part was simple to set up, and the printer is very dependable. Happy to have the scanner, too, although I need better software for it that works with a Chromebook.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good printer

For a laser it is slow. No tray where sheets drop. Print not great. Takes time for first page to print.

Dont use it for envelopes

Its a GREAT printer. Super easy to setup and use. My only issue is that it does not like printing envelopes. I am on my 2nd Printer and this one is no better then the first one. Maybe # 3 will work better.

Works like a dream

I am a mobile notary/process server so I receive a lot of my work online. I needed a printer that can handle a moderate amount of paperwork without jamming like my last one did. This was perfect in size and price and has worked out great for me.

It Prints

The printer loses the WiFi connection every time it goes into sleep mode. When it’s connected it prints just fine. If you’re going to connect it directly to one printer (ethernet connection), it will work just fine but it’s not good to use as a printer for multiple devices.

Really user friendly

From set up to daily use, this has been my best printer ever. It linked to our router without a hitch - I remember what a pain it was with my Dell. It allows myself and the kids to print from all over the house. It likes my Microsoft scan program. It duplexes. It is quick. What more does a family want?
