Too bad there is not a zero...no star

I bought this because I did not need to use color and pay tons of money for cartridges. This is perfect as you can print forever cheaply with no smears. That being said, it will not work or stay connected. I have been trying for three months. I am on a Mac. It should be compatible...but I have yet to set it up a wireless or even print without going through set up wizard every time. Then it only stays on for a few minutes. Yes, it is inexpensive but it does not WORK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

perfect for home office

I decided to try a laser printer because I was constantly relaxing ink jet cartridges (the ink would dry before empty) & so far I love the laser printer. It only prints in black but I don't mind. Great value for the cost, easy to set up, no problem w/ wifi connectivity. Highly recommend this printer.

Nice enhancement with duplex capability

I like having the duplex capabilty. I replaced my prior Brother printer with this one. I purchased this unit because of it's WIFI capability. I do wish it had a light indicating "Out of Paper" or other error via a light. It does indicate out of paper on the display but you have to look closely. A light seen at a little distance would draw your attention to a problem.

No more frequent trips to buy ink!

If you don't need color and use for general documents this is great.Western are still using original cartridge opposed to the costly ink jet cartridges that dried out in a few months

I have had this printer for several months, and it has worked flawlessly. It is faster than my old printer, and seems to have excellent quality. I was pleased to get it at such a reasonable price, and so far I am completely satisfied. I would happily recommend it to anyone needing a basic black and white laser printer.

Simple to use, relatively painless setup

Once setup, this printer becomes forgotten, it just sits on the shelf until you send something to print. Occasionally, there are some hiccups, which I can only diagnose by turning the machine off/on and resetting the wireless connection, but for the most part it's ready to go.
The wireless printing and iOS AirPrint support are the HL-L2360DW's
best features, they require no extra apps to use, just hit print. The printer's status screen is very small however, and the buttons feel mushy, though I rarely have to use them.

Perfect home/small office printer
