Goes to sleep and won't wake up

The print quality is good and the other features (scan, copy) work well. The main negative issue is that the printer goes into a deep sleep and cannot be awakened on the wireless network In order to get it to work, I have to restart the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

The printer does everything I need and is easy to use. Just wish the toner cartridge would last longer. Been going thru the TN-630 like water. Will try the upgraded toner next time.

I was up and running witjin minutes, I think it took longer to unpack. The only concern is tje size and sensitivity of the menu screen. Very pleased over all.

Easy to Use

Easy to use screens. All of the features in one machine. I often need to scan, not print. Ocassionaly i need to fax or receive one. I just like having it all.
One request -- could the next design have a USB cable connection on the front or the side? My old printer had an easy way to use a USB key to quickly print something. I loved that.

Unable to connect

Could not get printer connected to laptop wireless network, connect to phones via Bluetooth could not get the software update to use wifi customer service tech dept was not helping any.

I love my new Brother printer. It prints when I tell it to—no problems. Easy to set up and very reliable. The best printer I’ve owned by far.
