Nice printer

Nice printer for the money when you have kids doing reports for school. Cartridges last much longer and only have to buy black ink. When you have a color printer one cooler goes out and you can't print.Had to add an app cups printing to get printer to connect to a Chromebook .

Crooked back stabbing malware users

My brother wouldn't connect to my apple and requested that I down load information from their site and it contained malware and had no solutions. At first I thought it was a coincidence so I tried it again and downloaded the malware again. My apple is still not connected to brother.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In September 2017 and just today, January 3, 2018, I had to reassign/reconnect my printer to wireless connection with my Mac laptop. Both times, the Brother technician that I helped me were polite, patient, and effecient in guiding me through the process. Thank you .

Simply good

I was tired of the prices of ink for inkjet printers so went for this laser. It's mono color but I don't need color and it works. It does what I ask it to do which is exactly what I wanted.

I used it for all my shipping labels starting in November and all of December. It made printing shipping labels so ez and with total dependability. I love it!

I love this printer! It’s easy to use, efficient and copies are perfect! For a wireless laser printer, this is a great buy especially for personal use.
