Linux drivers (used on two distros); easy WiFi set

Was originally going to set up for wired Ethernet, but found that found that WiFi was easier. Installed on two Windows 10 PCs and two Linux PCs with no problems (although graphical Linux drivers would be helpful for newbies). Text print quality is great, but graphics leaves a little bit to be desired. On solid backgrounds there are subtle striations (alternating lighter and darker lines). One other reviewer noted that this is most likely caused by spur gears in the toner cartridge instead of helical gears causing some backlash. Otherwise, printed material is excellent.

The printer does an awesome Job. I have not had an issue with it. Very happy. I have used other brother printers in the past and was happy with them.

Will not stay on my wireless connection, and the feeder did not feed. But as it is new to me I might have been doing something wrong

Great printer but need to added printer cable wireless will not stay connected anf i can not find a printer cable affordable price after just buying printer so I very seldom use it.

Work horse

This small desktop duplexing printer is a work horse. It copies on both sides with ease albeit noisily. This printer is noisy. Even when printing on one side it still goes through the motion as if printing on two sides. However, for the price can’t beat it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
