Dependable Printer

After six months of use, I can report no failures or paper jams. The print quality is good and we use this printer for most black and white printing. We no longer worry about dried ink cartridges. We replaced a Samsung laser printer which started to jam after one year of usage. The Samsung cartridges are twic the cost of Brother cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am so glad that I made the choice to purchase this laser printer. It was extremely simple to set up and start printing and the quality is great. Quiet, fast and does everything I need to do.
This is my third Brother Printer the others were ink jets. I just got tired of purchasing all the ink and wish I could have purchased it buy hooking a pint directly to the printer. This is my second laser and so glad prices have come down for laser printers. Next laser will be a color laser, just waiting for them to become a bit more affordable as well.

I have 3 brother printers and all are work horses. My L2360DW is fast and the print very clear and crisp. The many features on this machine is great.

I don't know how to explain it but it prints some documents with grey and white speckles in the background. Brother sent me a new drum but that didn't solve the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought to replace another brand laser mono printer that was unreliable. Brother works great every time sorry I didn’t but this brand the first time.

This is my first laser printer. I really like it as it prints without any trouble. I just press print on my computer, and it's done! The document is clear and crisp. I couldn't ask for more.
