The software interface look like XP, needs updating. HP has a bettter software, example if the printer runs out paper you see message on the PC. Printer is excellent it just need better software

Hard to install software on pc, easy for cell phone. No message on cell phone if out of paper just won't work. Works good.

Not good for heavier paper

Only had this for a few months but now it won't print on card stock. The paper keeps getting jammed. I'm going to have to replace it.

Like this printer for basic home printing. Faults are the app is horrible and does not work. I use my iPad and iPhone and app is very difficult to setup did find another app that works great with this printer.
