Good features, good price.

So far it is working well. Prints clear, no paper jams even when printing on both sides of the paper. Easy to load. To new to rate it's durability.

Fast, but flawed

Text prints fast and is crisp. This is far faster that the ink jet printers I have used in the past.
However, if printing a gray bar along the edge of the page (like the gray column headings of a MS Access table listing in landscape mode), the bar is "choppy" instead of uniform. Also, manual feed usually skews the page so the printing is skewed.

Reliable But Only Ships With a Starter Cartridge

I like the Deep Sleep mode and the printer wakes up rapidly when needed. Two sided printing is a breeze and printing directly on envelopes was a little confusing at first as one of the online instructions told me to open up the back door and release a roller. I next tried feeding the envelope only with the front door open and it fed just fine. Buy a high capacity toner cartridge when you first purchase the printer as only a starter toner cartridge is shipped with the unit.

Great price for two sided printing!

Low operating costs and excellent 2 sided printing. I have two HL-L2360DW in my home. One USB connected to my desktop on 2nd floor and another on WiFi for laptop, tablet, and phone on the first floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer for home and office

Have had the HL-L2360DW for about 2 months. I have experienced two episodes of the printer not waking from sleep. Other than that, a good solid printer. My printer is next to my switch so I just plugged it in to the network. Have not tried wireless so can't comment on that. Mostly light use and so far very pleased with quality. Would recommend this to a friend or family member.

Simple and easy to set-up; connected to wi-fi and printed duplex flawlessly. Only minor difficulty is picking up the printed paper.
