Just so so

This is a really good printer for the money except I have to power it off and on every time I want to print to wake this thing up from sleep mode. My last printer, HP, all I had to do was hit print in whatever application I was in in and it would wake up and print automatically. Really frustrated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice, clear print

I love this printer. It prints very clearly and is quick. The double-sided printing feature is very handy and again quite fast. The cartridge it ships with is very small, but I purchased and installed a new cartridge and it seems to be lasting a lot longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this as a printer to take to the beach, or other fun/work trips when I go by car. Use it now for a desk-side printer at work. Like that I can carry it myself. Wish it copied, too.

constant Network issues

Since day one I have not only had intermittent network issues connecting to the printer and the device is constantly saying low toner even after replacement. When it prints, it’s great!

Needs More Memory

I’ve had laser printers for years and when I needed to replace one, I bought this from Brothers because I wanted the wireless capability to print from my iPad. Yet, no matter if I print from my laptop or iPad, I am forced to restart because of a lack of memory. I needed to print out a 270 page mss, but it stopped before I was even half done. I had to restart my printing. I wish I had known of this memory issue before I purchased it.
