Compact and Works Great

This printer is everything I hoped it would be. It's compact so it doesn't take up as much room on the desk. It prints pretty quickly and the quality is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loved it....AT FIRST

This machine won't stay out of sleep and deep sleep mode which makes it very unreliable. When it works, however, it works well. I've noticed many others online (YouTube, etc.) trying to figure out how to keep it permanently out of sleep mode. Now, it has been discontinued.....interesting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After downloads, following support, etc. This machine will not shake hands with my Wi-Fi. It used to, but it went on vacation

Brother Printer

I do like most of the functions of my printer. However, it would be nice to be able to load in more than one envelope at a time. I tried to put them in the paper tray, but they jam the machine, so they go in the pull down spot, but only one at a time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The HL-L2380DW printer has been working excellently. One concern I do have is the amount of ink/toner the printer is using. Is there a setting in the printer I can use to adjust the amount of printer ink/toner usage?

I've had this model of multi-function printer since January 2017, and this was a purchase I never regretted making. Printing and scanning are activities I perform at least weekly, if not about every other day. The printing output consistently works the way one would; never had a paper jam with this machine. My favorite feature about this printer is the quality and capacity to customize the default scans when scanning to a computer. If you use the Brother printer software included on the CD, you can set default programs to open when a scan is performed, black and white, DPI, etc. If I could just set a custom dimension to scan, my life would be complete <3

Bad Bad Printer - Constantly Disconnects

This printer constantly disconnects itself from the wireless network. The network is the recommended 2G network, and the computer is connected to that also. Every other device in t he house works fine. At least once a week, though, the printer goes offline. There is not excuse for a product this unreliable. No wonder it was discontinued. Beware of all Brother printers.
