I HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PRINTER NOT CONNECTING. EVEN WITH HELP IT NEEDS SET UP EVERYTIME I TURN ON MY LAP TOP

Very Unhappy

It was easy to set up and worked great for 18 months then suddenly failed. It no longer works. Tried different outlets but it doesn't startup anymore. Will not be replacing it with another Brother printer. The printer wasn't used very much. We are still on the first ink cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Multiple issues with this printer

I bought this printer 2 years back and I always had issues. It took 2 hrs to setup then immediately within a month, it stop printing and then again I have to spent another 2 hours to resolve it...always having issue with this printer...Multiple times it stopped working....Brother to improve the quality of the products and also the instructions should be simple

missing working software

This printer has no basic feature. i have no idea what printing job is currently printing which has caused to wonder if it has registered my command. then it will print the same printing job repeatedly with no easy way to be able to delete that excess jobs. There's no clear instructions anywhere. The teeny tiny control on top of the printer are in no way obvious or clear, & as most printer sit on a shelf where those teeny tiny controls aren't visible w/o clear easy to see & use monitor control this printer has wasted more ink & more paper than any printer i've ever had. i truly hate this printer

I can see why this was discontinued

This printer has been problematic since I bought it several years ago. Wish I'd returned it. The wireless connection is poor and inconsistent. Sometimes I can print wirelessly but most of the time, I cannot. The printer will eventually print what I asked it to print, but maybe not until several days later or after turning it on and off repeatedly. When I replace the toner cartridge, it cannot detect that the new toner is in and will refuse to print due to low toner unless I override the low toner warning. The print quality is poor, even when I set it on a higher-quality setting. This printer has been unreliable at best and I do not recommend it. I will not buy Brother printers again.

Great black & white printer

This is a great printer at a good price if you don't need color. No need to keep buying ink for a very long time. Be aware when you install it that you may need to have access to the back of the printer for specialized applications like printing envelopes. Pay close attention to the instructions for that application. They are confusing but need to be closely followed.

I am very dissatisfied with my Brother L2380DW laser printer. Purchased in 2017 but having run less than 500 pieces of paper thru it, my printer stopped working and would not re-boot. My discussions with brother technical assistance left much to be desired and offered no help.
