Excellent product printing wise - not a single problem so far. The only knock is on the scanner software (Brother Utilities). Whether it is obsolete or doesn’t fit with my virus protection, latest Windows version or something else I simply can’t make it work. It worked fine until I updated Windows though. I wish someone could help me with that.

Real workhorse for great price

Not real pretty but tough as nails and consistently puts out quality printing. Actually, my current printer is a 3rd party warranty replacement for the original one that I purchased. It went south after a couple of years service. This new one has been kept very busy and still puts out great printing. When this one goes finally, I will be getting another of the same series. Keep up the great work, Brother!!

I had trouble resetting the new wifi. I had to chat with a consultant. It should be easier to program on newer models.
