Difficulties with AirPrint

Works well with my PC laptop but doesn’t work well with Mac and iOS devices. When the printer goes to sleep or deep sleep it won’t accept a print job. Have to turn it off then back on to get it to the Ready mode.

Printer very difficult to set up with Static IP

I am very disappointed with the setup process for the Brother HL-L2360DW and the lack of PDF format for the User Manual. I procured 4 of these printers for deployment at different sites and wanted each to have a unique static IP address. Compared to some wireless HP printers these Brother printers were difficult to setup. Based on my experience I will not buy anymore wireless Brother printers

Difficulty Setting up Wirelessly

I bought this brother printer since April 2017. I continue to have difficulty printing wirelessly. It goes on and off the wireless networki and costs me money and time plus frustration trying to reconfigure it. It takes a long time to reset it up.

Worst Printer Evef

I bought 2 of these because the price was great and I thought I could not go wrong with a Brother Printer. I was very wrong. These are definitely the worst printers I have ever bought.

Deep Sleep ---doesn't connect to wifi

My printer always goes into deep sleep and NEVER stays connected to wifi. I had to buy a printer usb cord to be able to print.

My printer is the most functional and user friendly printer I’ve ever owned. But the customer service from the company exceeded all my expectations. My printer setup didnt work initially. But after calling the Customer Service department they not only helped me fix the problem, but they made me feel like family throughout the entire time. My time was their time. Awesome service!!
