The printer has good features and is easy to set up and use by this senior citizen. The multiple functions are a big plus.

Always a clean, crisp printout at a low cost, per machine and toner cartridge setup design! And don't forget the typical Brother brand reliability! Had a older Brother ink jet printer which lasted a long time but decided to replace with Brother laser jet technology. Laser jet printers are cheaper to run than ink jet printers because you don't have to always buy overpriced ink cartridges. I don't need color printouts anyway and I will save money in the long run and so will you!!

Size is perfect and it's so dependable! I do wish it would automatically connect to my laptop again when there is a power interruption to the router/printer. But I have gotten good help from the support team. This is the best and most dependable printer I've every had - great printing, copying and scanning!! Love it!

Great general desk top printer!!

This is a great, friendly, desk top printer!! Very nice feature set, love the double sided printing, very easy to manually feed checks for printer, great for envelopes, and the added bonus of scanning and copying elevates it to the great level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

I'm a big fan of brother products. However, the HL-L2360DW is NOT one of them. The "Deep Sleep" setting is impossible to change resulting in having to turn off/on the printer each time you want to use it. I can't believe Brother doesn't offer a patch, firmware update, or whatever to help resolve this issue. I'm going back to my HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clear and fast printing. Quick warmup. Does a nice job. Only issue has been with the front feeder - smaller envelopes occasionally get tilted slightly. Perhaps I didn't have the guides tight enough?? Love the double sided capability!
Only issue was with the wireless installation - not easy and not totally successful. Was unable to install as a network printer. Finally did install as Peer-to-Peer, which is all I really need. I'm happy.
If you need a network printer, I can't recommend it. As Peer-to-Peer, it works but expect some pain. Didn't try it Internet. If all you need is USB, it's great.

Love my Brother

I had a Brother printer for over 8 years, so when it finally started to have problems I looked for another Brother. The HL-L2360DW was priced right, set up easily, prints faster, and has features that are super (like 2-sided printing). Very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
