Good Copier, Difficult Installation

The printer works fine, but it took me three days of trial and error to load the printer driver. Even the Brother Technician, tried over the phone and finally said it was a Dell Issue. Nope. I finally got a tech. at Staples where I purchased it just before I was about to return it for full credit to try one last thing. Insert driver disc, go to "D" drive find the file labeled exe, right click and install as Administrator.
Sounds easy, surprised Brother Tech could not come up with it, it was one of the Google fixes others have had to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Purchase

I purchased the HL-L2380DW because I was so upset having to buy ink every 30 days for the inkjet printer. I think the inkjet printers are a scam. Buy a Laser printer, you won't be sorry. This printer was so easy to connect. I connected via WiFi. If you want to connect via USB you will need a USB printer cable, one IS NOT included. The printer prints really fast. Copier is really good and the scanner is great. You won't be disappointed.
