Very happy with this printer. Does everything I need it to do. This is my second Brother printer - my previous printer lasted for many years.

Nice printer; Wireless issues

Nice printer, but keeps dropping off network, requiring a re-boot. So, not recommended.

Generally been a good printer. We bought two of them and one failed at about 18 months
However, your customer support is not good. We had the printer quit communicating with our network a month ago and depite two calls cannot get it up

Misrepresentation of print interfaces

1. Outside of box says "wireless printing from your mobile device via Air Print, Google Cloud Print, Brother Iprint and Scan and wifi-direct".
Face of box says "print from your mobile device".
Front of box says "For Small and Home Offices

2. I can not print from my email with this printer. Iprint and Scan is limited to only Google emai.
3. So why would anyone with Android use this printer. HP, Cannon etc have print interface for other emails. My other Brother printer support my Optimum email.

Brother printer works great!

Just bought it. Have been using an old HP from 1999 until just recently. Looked at HP and saw that the quality/price was much less worth it. Brother has brought the whole package and I am very happy with the attention and phone help. Great product thus far which I use for my internet biz and use the printer daily to print mailer stickers and lots of other needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I own two Brother HL-2040 printers, many years of use on both, and only purchased the HL-L2360DW because I needed a scanner. I replaced a whiz bang HP that cost a fortune in ink and was touchy to control. Brother's scanner not only is amazingly easy to control, it also allows me to scan many pages into one pdf file... WONDERFUL FEATURE. When I can make room for it, I'll buy a Brother color laser printer. I tell everyone, BUY A BROTHER LASER PRINTER, saves headaches and money.

Suffers from wireless network issues

The printer and all its functions work great when connected, however, it is often unconnected after it does one job.
The printer app, or the printer itself must be restarted to regain wireless connection. I have a Mac running OS El Capitan.
I cannot reach the web interface for my printer, but I use the CUPS page.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
