Best Printer Ever

The Brother HL-L2360DW makes printing medical records a snap. It duplexes with the click of a button. It is also easy to feed copies for special printing tasks. The purchase price and cost effective toner cartridges make it the best printer I have ever purchased. I am pleased I selected Brother.

Works great for small business

The printer works great for my small business. It is much less expensive per page compared to the older ink-jets I used, and I have no need for color so the Brother Printer was a perfect fit.

Good, but problematic

While this is basically a good printer, I've had continuous problems with the user interface. I'm working on a Macbook Pro using OS 10.10.5. Frequently, the wifi connection doesn't work and sometimes, I have the same problem with the USB connection as well. The printer, laptop, and router are all within three feet of each other. I've reinstalled the software multiple times but the problem continues.
Last, it's really frustrating having an online manual that can't be downloaded as a pdf.

Printer works great; however, I have had one issue with the printer waking from a deep sleep. Without that issue I would gave it 5 stars.

This printer was easy to setup with my Mac and also works well printing directly from my iPhone and iPad. I print large documents and this gives me the option to easily double-side or print 2 images per page to conserve paper. I am also easily able to scan pages (one at a time, no feeder) directly to my Mac. Great product, great price. Oh, and the original toner cartridge (prints only about 700 pages) has been giving the low-toner signal but is still printing well at 608 pages so far! (I have a new toner cartridge ordered already.)

Purchase this on sale at Staples after years of HP brand models failing only after a few years of use. Also wanted to get away of the pricey ink jet cartridges.

When it works, it is solid gold. But, it has not worked for the last month. I have done a number of tweaks and nothing seems to work. I know this is a solid machine but it could be a software problem?

This is fast printer with copy and fax capability. I wish the printed page would extend out further. Also, I wish this printer used the same toner cartridge as the 2270. Only one other minor gripe - the printer height was too great to put on the roll-out tray of my cabinet. I didn't check dimensions closely enough before purchasing.
