Good combination for a small space

This printer/scanner/copier works very well in my small office. It replaces an HL2270 DW, which is still working after many years. I can retire it and my separate scanner for this one piece of equipment. It was easy to set up, but I found that it kept falling off my network. Fortunately, I figured out that it was a router issue. Since I changed the channel width, my HL-L2380DW has worked like a dream. Brother support is simply the best! This is my third Brother printer and every one of them has given me years of excellent service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

AirPrint Problems

Purchased the printer for two reasons. First, I wanted a wireless mono laser printer to handle the majority of my print jobs. This printer fulfills this requirement. Second, I wanted to print from my IPhone and IPad. Unfortunately, this printer has a major flaw in its ability to print from the IPhone or IPad. The printer will work fine after the initial set up but only until it goes to "sleep". Whenever the printer is in the sleep mode, it will not recognize your device. I have to reset the printer each time I want to print a document. When it goes to sleep, it stays asleep and nothing will wake it, save resetting the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Maybe it's me but there is a constant problem reconnecting to my wireless network after the printer is turned off. The only way we can seem to solve the difficulty is by not turning the printer off, a solution I do not like. Other than that it operates as well as any other laser printer.

So Far, So Good

I've only had this printer for less than a week, so I can't say this is a definitive review. So far, I'm very happy with it, though. Set-up was a breeze, including integrating with our wireless network. Not a single headscratching moment, which in my experience is unusual. Printing is fast and quality excellent. It all feels very intuitive and easy. It's a bit on the noisy side on start-up, but the noise subsides quickly and isn't a big deal at all. Just takes a bit of getting used to.

Great Printer

I really love it!! I purchased it because my HP was going through cartridges like they were going out of style! I love the Brother L2360, it uses a toner, it prints super fast, prints in black and white and it does not come out soaking of ink! I wish it was in color and printed just as fast, but I love it!!

Near-complete solution

Quiet, easy to install, fast and completely reliable, I am delighted with this replacement for my bulky all-in-one ink-jet. Two-sided printing is flawless; inserting envelopes and other special papers intuitive and problem-free. It's not a color printer; it does not have automatic feed for the copier/scan feature; and the way it stores printout (inside the body in an upper slot) reduces the space you need and eliminates delivery to the floor, but does limit the number of pages that will be held there until you take them out to ten or so. These are minor inconveniences for me, completely outweighed by the plusses

Havin' trouble

Initially, I had trouble getting the printer to work. I couldn't find the software for the printer to download from the Internet and the disc that came with the printer didn't seem to want to load. Then, I had to restart the computer and, when it came back on, the printer worked. However, I still can't get the scanner or copier to work. I have an appointment with my IT guy to do this next week. I'm not sure how much it will cost.

Problem & poor customer warranty service

Printer Misprints single checks. Appears to be a problem with feed mechanism. Cust service was of no help, just kept quoting from a manual. Did not have a clue what they were doing. Only wanted me to take into a repair center and pay for diagnostic. This on a 60 day old purchase!
