Fast and simple configuration

Opened the box, pulled off the tape, stuck in the toner, powered it up, configured network with a few button pushes and was instantly printing from my tablet.
A few clicks of the computer had it printing as well. The airprint worked great, no issues. Android printing worked as well.
Color scanning to computer and to the cloud worked seamlessly. Copying paper was just a one button push task.
So good that convinced a co-worker to order one the next day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this printer

Bought this particular printer because it has AirPrint capability so that I can print from my Apple devices. The bonus is the ability to print on both sides of the paper quite seamlessly & fast.

more Brother quality

After getting superior service from a Brother inkjet machine (no repeatedly clogged printheads as I'd experienced with other brands), I was biased toward Brother when I needed a laser printer. A call to Customer Service led to this machine that has a particular function that had been so useful in my previous (other-branded) laser printer, and I found that a local retailer had it on sale. Bingo! -- immediate online purchase & pickup the following evening. Easy install, including wifi to our laptops.
That special function I wanted wasn't easily located, but another call to Customer Service put me on the right track -- using the Watermark function to print my black-on-white letterhead at the same time as a letter is printing. I would give the machine a 5-star rating except that the watermark function requires the file be in a graphic format (bmp, jpg, or png), while my letterhead is in Word format, including a picture of myself (which was fine with my previous laser printer). It looks great, except for the picture quality, even after many attempts to get it right, so I have had to drop the picture from my letterhead until I can find a better conversion than I have found so far.
I realize the problem comes from my inability to supply an acceptable graphic file (short of my hiring someone to create one for me), but it would be helpful if the software would accept my existing Word file to get a clean image.
P.S. My Brother Intellifax machine died after many years of service ... hated to lose it, but a Brother multi-function machine took its place.
P.P.S. My wife is a also happy camper with a refurbished Brother sewing machine with more features than she's ever had!

Prints great, iPrint App inconsistent

I recent purchased the HL-L2360DW and am very satisfied with the printer itself. Startup time, print speed and quality are all as I hoped. Unfortunately, the iPrint app for Android is inconsistent in its implementation. Printing from the OnePlus (cyanogenmod) work perfectly. From an Asus TF701T running CM11, it can't find the printer and doesn't show the wifi direct option. From both Win7 and Ubuntu, the wifi driver never discover the printer.

Excellent Budget Printer

I have had the HL-L2360DW for less than 2 weeks, but I am very satisfied with it's performance. I use it for all my routine B&W printing. Print quality and speed are fine. Based on reviews and previous experience with Brother I expect a very low page cost. One problem i have had with the wireless connection is that after it isn't used for a while, the printer goes "offline". Brother Tech Support hasn't been very helpful, but I am still working to get this fixed. I would rate at 5 star if this problem were fixed.
