Great Printer....But

Had to stay on phone with customer service because the setup needed was not covered on CD Rom or manual. The nice lady walked me through hours of computer tasks to get it set up....She was a Godsend.....but the manual should have covered it....She sent it to me in an email if I ever had it offline again. I know Brother is a dependable brand....just need to get all the setup on the CD or in the manual.......

While I have used laser printers at work, this is the the first one I have for home use. Laser printers are way superior to injets; less maintenance, easy installation, none of the annoying inkjet noises & they print so much faster. I did a little research prior to purchase which indicated Brother was the way to go. I've only printed 3 pages so far and Im qute elated with it"

Purchased item based on availability in competeing stores , had an idea what I needed, but realized what I wanted after compareing prices and seeing the printer displayed. Comments made by other shoppers sealed the deal, printer works great, pleased with my purchase, looking forward to seeing how it holds up for the long run.

I purchased this laser printer when my ancient Brother HL-5250DN finally wore out after many years of flawless service. I asked online for the closest model to that one, but there really isn't anything similar (according to the online chat) that's wireless, so I went with the HL-L2360DW. All I want is monochrome printing that's fast and efficient, that my husband can also use from his office in the next room. This model isn't quite as fast as my old one, but copies are excellent and, FWIW, I paid about half as much as I had for the other printer. Delivery was free via Office Depot and it showed up the next day, I was able to get it hooked up and running without too much trouble, and it appears to be working beautifully. I'm satisfied.

Reliable printer!!!

My wife always wanted a duplex printer and now she has one. It copies great!!! Easy to run. Changing the toner is easy. This is a great printer!!!
