Frequently fails to accept files for pringing

For some reason, this printer hardly works. Sending files frequently results in the printer freezing. There is no way to reset it. This requires turning off the power and rebooting during almost every printing session.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Honestly, the quality of the copy & scan is not the best. But for the $$$ I spent for all-in-one laser printer, the overall performance is way over my expectation.
I like its easy & extremely fast print cancellation; absolutely no waiting while cancelling or afterward.

The printer works well. The problem is printing envelopes. This requires opening up the back of the printer (!) and flipping two switches before one can insert an envelope for printing. Who thought that this was a user-friendly design?

Good Printer Difficult to Set UP

Printer works well when working. Have connectivity problems both wired and wireless. Set-up was very difficult. issue related to usb connections 3 vs 2
