Best Print ever

The printer arrived in a timely manner and the setup was very easy. I have printed over 150 pages and still using the starter ink. The print quality is very good.

This is an excellent printer. It is very dependable and exceeds my needs for printing documents and music scores. This is much better than ink jets and is more economical. I also also like the double sided printing which saves a lot of paper

I originally bought a Canon, which has proved unreliable for one reason or another every time I try to use it. I ditched the Canon and bought the Brother–what a breath of fresh air! It prints every time, it's fast, relatively quiet. I've had the printer about 3 months and the toner hasn't gone dry (I'm pretty sure they included a full sized toner cartridge when I bought it.) The LED on the machine is touch sensitive and very user friendly. I am completely confident about using this for my new business and highly recommend it for personal and small business use.

This Printer is the Devil!

I'm sitting here seething after having fought yet another battle with this printer. I have had nothing but problems with it since I purchased it. The sales person had one and said it was great. It also had good reviews on line so I went for it. BAD mistake on my part. This printer is offline more than online. I have called the support folks and my wifi provider yet this printer falls offline constantly. Support said it's because I have poor DSL, but that is not true. I had a tech from my provider out here helping me and he said there was nothing wrong with the service. He checked everything right in front of me so I understood the band strength, etc. I have had no problems streaming Netflix, etc. on my TV, so why should this printer be so "tender"? I thought I'd finally solved the puzzle by never turning the printer off when I shut down. In other words, it starts up when everything else does. I never press the button to turn it on and off. That had been working okay. Well, today I went to use it and, guess what? It didn't work. That meant deleting the printer out of my system then loading it back onto my computer TWICE, so I have an original and a "copy" icon before I can print. This is just totally ridiculous. My husband told me to get rid of it but I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy. Since I just bought the printer, I'll gut it out and continue to battle with the stupid thing unless I throw it out the window first. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is a work horse....very pleased we found a replacement for our HL2070N, which also was a fabulous printer...serves our needs for black and white printing perfectly.

Print quality is great. The toner last much longer than my previous inkjet cartridge printer. We have experienced difficulties with the wireless connection of this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

I have used dot matrix and inkjet printers beginning in 1980. This is the first Laser printer I have used and the print quality even on the 330 DPI is far better in crisp lines then the inkjet was on the highest quality setting. If all you use a printer for is black and white documents, this is a great printer to use.

I retired my 4 year old Brother printer. I was starting to get paper jams.
I like being able to print from my iphone and android devices with this one.
